Delete your Rallyo account
You can delete your account directly from Rallyo. If you can no longer sign in, you can also request deletion by email.
Delete in the app
Sign in, go to Profile → Privacy, and choose Delete my account. Type DELETE to confirm.
What happens
Your name becomes Deleted User, your email, phone number and profile photo are removed, you are withdrawn from upcoming events, and your club memberships are deleted. Your Supabase login credentials are deleted.
What we keep
Past match results remain anonymised so ratings, standings and event history for other players remain consistent. A minimal audit-log entry with only your user ID is retained for compliance.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@rallyo.events from the email address attached to your Rallyo account. Do not include your password. We process requests within 30 days.

Want a copy first? Go to Profile → Privacy → Download my data before deleting your account.
