Terms & Conditions

• Rallyo: the platform operated by Reditus Software Holding BV.
• User: anyone who creates an account or uses the platform.
• Club: a tennis, padel, pickleball or other sports club using Rallyo to run events.
• Organiser: a user who creates and manages events on behalf of a club.
• Event: any club-organised activity (tournament, training, league).

These terms apply to all use of Rallyo. By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on your own; under that age parental consent is required. You provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your password secret.

• No abuse, scraping, automated access or attempts to circumvent security without our written permission.
• Respectful behaviour toward other players and organisers, no harassment, discrimination or threats.
• Use Rallyo only for legitimate purposes within your club context.

• Signups are binding unless you withdraw before the organiser's deadline.
• Organisers may mark no-shows. Repeated no-shows can lead to temporary exclusion from events within your club.
• The organiser decides format, courts and rules per event.

Rallyo calculates a rating automatically from your match results. An organiser or admin can adjust a rating manually with justification; every adjustment is logged and remains visible.

Rallyo is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features later, we will ask for your explicit consent, existing functionality will not silently move behind a paywall.

Rallyo is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the platform stable and secure but are not liable for indirect damages, missed opportunities, on-court injuries, or acts of clubs and organisers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as intent or gross negligence).

All rights to the platform, software, design and Rallyo name belong to Reditus Software Holding BV. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the platform while you comply with these terms.

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or for misuse that endangers others.

We may update these terms. For material changes we bump the version number and ask you to accept again before continuing.

Dutch law applies. Disputes will be brought before the competent court of the District Court of Midden-Nederland.
